Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at CCA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Location: Norwich area with field-based work
  • Estimated salary range: £29,750 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus scheme: 20% annual bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  3. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

  • Proven track record in business development or sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
