Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Optometrists and contribute to the strategic direction of the stores
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and the wider Specsavers network
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with a strong track record of leadership and business development experience.
Predicted annual salary: £120,000 - £150,000 based on market rates for an experienced Optometrist in the Norwich area.
