Business Development Manager

Exertis Careers is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Leadership professional to join their team as an Account Director. This full-time role is based in Snetterton, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, with weekly travel to visit customers across the UK.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Account Director will be responsible for owning and developing accounts, working closely with the print team to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business plans for each customer to drive strategic objectives;
- Tracking performance and providing insightful data to inform decision-making;
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or senior account management;
- A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
