**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team at TPS. This exciting opportunity will see you driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from mechanical customers
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to achieve sales targets and grow loyal customer bases
  • Present and report on sales performance and marketing activity
  • Utilise market data to identify potential sales opportunities and develop customer relationships

About You

  • You have proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritising tasks to maximise opportunities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a motivating work environment.
