About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead our team of Data Engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines in an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of large-scale data processing applications and infrastructure
  • Design and implement scalable end-to-end data engineering processes
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
  • Manage multiple data engineering projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Coach and mentor junior Data Engineers to develop their skills
Requirements
  • Advanced technical skills with Python and SQL
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, RedShift, Kafka, S3
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
