Lead Data Engineering Projects at a Global IT Leader

NTT DATA, a world-renowned IT service provider, is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineering Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As the 6th largest IT Service Provider globally, we are dedicated to driving business change and technology transformation across diverse industries.

Your Role:

In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of complex data engineering projects within our portfolio. Reporting to the Data Engineering Delivery Director, you will be instrumental in establishing and upholding rigorous delivery standards, ensuring excellence in every project we undertake.

You will lead technical teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure successful project completion within demanding timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the intricacies of data engineering projects and delivering exceptional results.

What We Look For:

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects within the data engineering domain.
  • In-depth experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex data projects, encompassing all stages from conception to implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or DataOps methodologies and best practices for efficient project execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to define and refine delivery processes, continuously seeking improvement and optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and effective negotiation of third-party relationships.
  • Experience leading multinational teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
