Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Team Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading data migration projects and ensuring seamless execution of tasks in alignment with your main area of responsibility and other relevant jobs that you may be required to perform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, plans, and procedures to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data migration, with a strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
