We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to lead our Complex Care team in generating and engaging with business partners to build new business for Ocean Healthcare.

This role will be focused on developing and executing strategies to drive growth of our Complex Care community care packages, in line with our company strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering sales and excellent knowledge in complex care, including nurse-led care, learning disability and mental health services within the community.

The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with ICB's, Local Authorities and Case Management companies throughout the South West, and will have the ability to network and build new relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities will include selling our services at local and national events, working in conjunction with Senior Management to develop new business opportunities, and identifying and preparing tenders for services with Local Authorities, NHS Providers and Private Funders.
