About the Opportunity
This permanent Estate Surveyor role offers a competitive SCP 35-39 salary scale (£43,421-£47,420) and a hybrid working environment. With a focus on developing your skills and expertise, this position has a professional grade development bar allowing employees to progress subject to meeting criteria. As a key member of the Estates Team, you will require a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the Council.
Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse property estate with 2,979 interests.
• Drive revenue growth through effective estate management and valuation services.
• Support the implementation of a Strategic Asset Management Plan and delivery of Council projects and programmes.
