The Role

We are seeking a strong leader to join our senior leadership team, contributing to the strategic management and development of our service to improve outcomes and reduce dependency.

The role holder will be responsible for engaging with partners from the voluntary, private and public sector who can contribute to the Youth Partnership and will ensure effective and efficient operation of service provision for vulnerable children and their families.

You will join a newly formed permanent Children's senior leadership team, bringing stability to the committed social care workforce. Through your leadership, you will drive forward the improvement plan setting out a bright future for children and young people.
