About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Safeguarding and Support Neighbourhood teams in Tameside. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and providing high-quality support and challenge to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statutory social care, with experience of managing and supporting social workers and ASYEs. You will be a skilled leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver excellent services to children and families. You will also have a deep understanding of the complexities of child protection and safeguarding, and be able to provide expert guidance and support to your team.
