Retail Store Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Team Leader to join our team at Poundbakery. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations, driving sales growth, and training and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shop operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the Shop Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a food environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
