Pavers Shoes is a growing, profitable business with a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Advisor to join our team in Newton Abbot.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and advice on our products. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care and accessories, and meeting daily KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide advice on our products.
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to compliment their needs.
  • Meet daily KPIs and contribute to the maintenance of store standards.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and providing a positive in-store experience.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable.
  • Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success in the role.

Working Hours

This is a part-time opportunity working 16 hours per week, with a mixture of weekend and weekday shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is £11.70 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to £12.05 per hour once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages.
