Role Overview
SGS Care Ltd seeks a dedicated and compassionate Senior Childcare Practitioner to join our team. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised care plans, addressing the unique needs of each child. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality residential care, supporting children with challenging behaviour, and contributing to the development of educational programs.

About You:
  • You hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • You have prior experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting.
  • You possess a valid driving licence.
  • You demonstrate fluency in English and an ability to understand various UK dialects.
