Children's Residential Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our dedicated team at Esland Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to children in our care.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior staff members, ensuring that they deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Salary: £34,824 per annum (based on 8 shifts per month and an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional care and support to children in our care, working closely with other members of the team to achieve this goal
- To supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
