Senior Children's Residential Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to children in our residential homes
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child
- Work closely with other professionals, including social workers and therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
