The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 12 months of experience in a children's residential care home, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a full driving license issued in the UK. A deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices is essential. Values in line with Esland Care's approach to therapeutic, person-centered care are also required. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications and access a range of benefits, including paid induction training, company app discounts, and a holiday home in the Peak District.
