Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly and award-winning team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting residents with their personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.

About You:
To be successful in your application, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home. You should also be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be able to adapt to a range of responsibilities at short notice.
