Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare.

Main Duties:
  • Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.

Job Responsibilities:

Package Description:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid over 4 x 12 hour shifts per week

A comprehensive induction and training programme will be provided to ensure confidence within your role.

  • Have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Be able to adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

A DBS Disclosure check will be required, with the cost met by Avery Healthcare.
