Personalised Living Assistant

Enviva Complex Care is seeking a skilled and caring Personalised Living Assistant to join our team in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
The successful candidate will work closely with our client to provide day-to-day support, attend appointments, and participate in community activities. A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to the client's needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in brain injury support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
