We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team at PDA Search & Selection Limited. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations.
Salary: £31,785 per annum (based on 45 hours/week)
Location: Corby, Kettering, Kingsthorpe, Northampton, Rushden, and Raunds
Job Description:Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out technical repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules within agreed timescales.
- Assess and respond to service call requests from the Helpdesk.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
- Hold a trades qualification in Carpentry/Joinery/Building.
- Proven experience in building maintenance is essential.
