About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in business development to drive growth and success in adult social care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with local authorities, ICB, CHC, and other stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement effective business strategies, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • To provide regular reports on business development activities and progress, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • To support the Registered Manager in their role, providing guidance and expertise as required.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager in adult social care or a related field.
  2. A valid UK Driving Licence and ability to travel locally.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
