Echo Personnel is recruiting a highly motivated and empathetic Elderly Care Associate to join our team in Corby.

As an Elderly Care Associate, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their care and support plans are tailored to meet their individual requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering person-centred care that prioritises the client's needs, preferences, and values;
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting;
- Encouraging independence through empowering clients to make informed decisions about their care and support;
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support;
- NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or previous experience in a similar role;
- Care Certificate or equivalent;
- In-Person Moving and Handling training certificate or equivalent;
