Care Support Specialist

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Redmond House, a residential service providing care and support to individuals with various needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external health professionals.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare or a related field (e.g., NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care).
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, or cerebral palsy is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
