Personal Care Assistant - Specialist Team
About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Personal Care Assistant to work in our Specialist Support for Younger Adults team.
- Support customers with physical and learning needs aged 18-65.
- Assist with personal care, manual handling, medication, finances, and shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the quality of life for customers by providing person-centred support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, families, and carers.
Requirements:
- Care Certificate (or willing to work towards).
- Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in health or care work.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
