Job Overview
Enviva Complex Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Male Brain Injury Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support for our client in Corby, Northamptonshire.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will require collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for the client.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to deal with challenging behaviors and demonstrate a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Additionally, you will need to have flexibility to work the specified hours and possess a UK driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
