The Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Care for people of all ages with conditions such as Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:
  • No prior social care experience required, but a caring attitude is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location).
