About the RoleWe are seeking skilled professionals to work in our Specialist Support for Younger Adults team.
- Support customers with physical and learning needs aged 18-65.
- Assist with personal care, manual handling, medication, finances, and shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and care to customers in their own homes.
- Help customers maintain independent living.
- Assist with physical disabilities, hygiene routines, and medication.
- Promote independence through information provision and liaison.
Requirements:
- Care Certificate (or willing to work towards).
- Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in health or care work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
