Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Assistant to join our team. This role involves working with clients who require complex care and support, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our clinical team to provide person-centered care and support.
  • You will assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • You will also provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • You must have a caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • A DBS check will be required for this role.
