This large specialist SEN school focuses on children who have severe Autism and learning difficulties, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in small classes, supporting students on a one-to-one basis, helping them succeed by finding out the way they learn and then assisting them to understand the lesson accordingly.

The school has consistently been Ofsted graded at the highest level and offers every student all the help they need to achieve their very best. The school's relationship with parents is built on trust, with parents fully involved in school life at every opportunity.

About You
  • You hold relevant qualifications or have experience as a TA/LSA in a UK primary/secondary/SEN school.
  • SEN experience is desirable.
  • You have strong communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £90-£100 per day, depending on experience. This role also offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an SEN setting and contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive community.
