Role Overview

Coba Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students with special educational needs in primary schools across Northampton and Milton Keynes.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with experienced SEN teachers to provide targeted support to pupils with a range of learning difficulties. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential and making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with SEN in the classroom
  • Working collaboratively with SEN teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assisting with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in SEN or a related field
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs
