About the Job

This English tutor role involves working with children who require face-to-face support, including those with ASD and SEMH. As a Primary English Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering tailored educational support and developing children's knowledge in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with children with SEN needs in various settings, including their homes, care homes, or local areas.
  • Planning and preparing engaging resources to meet the needs of each child.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and situations.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools for teaching and reporting.
  • Hourly rate of £25-£30, paid weekly.
  • Free access to safeguarding and CPD courses, as well as assessment tools and resources.
