About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team in Northamptonshire, supporting students awaiting alternative provision.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH and SEN requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote academic progress and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Collaborate with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  2. Contribute to lesson planning and delivery, adapting instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience working with children, preferably in special educational settings or with students requiring SEMH/SEN support.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt teaching methods to engage students with varying needs.
  • A minimum commitment of 5 hours per day, across 3 days.
