About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Home Care Professional to join our team at Avery Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional personal care services to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assess and recognize clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls, and escalate these concerns to relevant staff members.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also demonstrate initiative, respect for residents' autonomy, and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities.
