Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes, following individual care plans.
- Assist customers with physical disabilities, promoting health and wellbeing through activities, hygiene routines, and medication management.
- Support customers to undertake practical tasks, maintaining their physical wellbeing and improving living conditions.
- Promote independence through information provision, liaison with carers, and collaboration with internal and external agencies.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 2 or above qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and proven experience in health or care work. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability are also essential.
Salary: We offer an estimated salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, based on experience, plus enhancements for working evenings and weekends. You will also receive business mileage paid at 45p an hour and 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 5 years of service.
