Job DescriptionThe Clinical Lead will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective care home. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing inspirational leadership and management to ensure high-quality care standards are maintained.
- Ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, including reviewing and administering medication as required.
- Monitoring resident wellbeing, identifying any changes that may impact care plans, and taking appropriate action.
- Completing regular audits and reports to maintain compliance and drive improvement.
- Attending weekly clinical meetings to discuss risk areas and implement solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Competency in using IT systems, including electronic patient records and reporting tools.
