Job Title: Head of Sales - Luxury Drinks

Company Overview: COREcruitment is a leading recruitment agency with expertise in various sectors, including hospitality, catering, and leisure.

Salary: Up to £80k plus commission and travel allowances.

Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Head of Sales to manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and deliver excellent customer service. You'll build and grow our ON TRADE luxury team, identify new business prospects, and create effective sales strategies to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and grow an ON TRADE luxury team, including management of KPIs and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with the on-trade sector and wholesale drink trade.
  • Proven track record in New Business and Account Management, along with a drive for Sales.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and up-to-date knowledge on news and trends.
  • Ambitious and driven on all aspects of sales and client development.
  • Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
