About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with our bonded warehouse, transporters, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wine industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Passion for wine and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of the industry.
