Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Centre as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a full-time role, office based, with a 40-hour working week. The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Saturday.

The salary for this position is £24,232 per annum, plus an opportunity to earn an OTE bonus.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that the brand is represented appropriately and meeting customer's expectations wherever possible.

You will work to individual and team KPI's, ensuring that workshop capacity is fully maximised via central service booking procedures through inbound and outbound prospecting activity.

You will also be responsible for responding to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner, and recording all information required to support on-going customer relationship management.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent sales skills, customer service experience, and a desire to succeed.

Please note that this position is based full time in the dealership and is not a hybrid role.
