Key Administration Specialist

We are looking for a Key Administration Specialist to join our private debt department at Apex Group.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters. This is a full-time permanent position with a negotiable salary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters
- Supervise and mentor administrators and trainees who would typically be studying towards professional qualifications
Requirements:
- Professional CGI (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards
- Previous experience in the finance industry
Core Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Keyboard skills
- References
The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
