Senior Business Growth Specialist

**Job Description**
* Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify new business opportunities and match them to the company's product portfolio.
* Build contact networks across the entire decision-making tree within larger trusts and groups.
* Demonstrate strong sales experience, focus on new business generation, target-driven, and ability to deliver high productivity while working remotely.

* Experience selling and presenting to all levels of decision makers.
* Ability to identify new opportunities, develop relations with key stakeholders, and close deals based on client requirements while supporting the company's business goals.
**Salary and Benefits**
* Salary: £47,500 per annum.
* OTE 30% and uncapped commission
* 25 days' holiday (increasing to 26 after 2 years, 27 after 4 years, and 28 after 5 years)
