Job Title: Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Growth Manager to drive expansion by acquiring new customers and strengthening our international presence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B business development, technical sales or application engineering within the embedded systems, electronics or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Opportunities: Research, identify and pursue potential new customers and new business opportunities
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement with potential customers
  • Solutions Analysis: Understand the specific needs of each customer, offering advice on system design integration and overall project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to accurately capture client requirements and project scope
  • Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure profitable contracts
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product Teams to refine strategies
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Track, report and optimize performance against targets and overall sales goals
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor closely market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus commission, car allowance, growth opportunities, team-oriented culture, training and development, and benefits.
