Senior Business Growth Specialist

Circana is the leading advisor on consumer behavior, helping over 7,000 top brands and retailers drive growth through unparalleled technology, advanced analytics, and deep expertise. As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with clients to identify and capitalize on new revenue streams.
About the Role:- Drive profitable revenue growth by retaining existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Insight Managers to provide valuable data-driven insights that excite clients about Circana's benefits.
- BUILD strong relationships with client contacts, identifying additional stakeholders and decision-makers for up-selling Circana solutions.
- Oversee the accurate and timely provision of solutions to clients, leveraging support functions within the Client Development team and wider Circana organization.
- Ensure effective financial administration, including opportunity maintenance, sales pipeline management, and internal reporting.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- High self-motivation and assurance in presenting to all levels.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, both internal and external.
- Understanding of consultative selling approaches and proven questioning and listening skills.
- Confident working with data and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Market tracking and Insights within FMCG would be beneficial.
