About the Opportunity:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior New Business Growth Specialist to join our client's team in the Southwest region. As a key member of the strategic sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new business leads for the region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers with high packaging spend.
- Negotiate pricing and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the packaging industry in a field sales position.
- Demonstrated ability to secure new business and develop a region.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach.
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus structure and benefits.
