Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Circana. This role will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Ensure retention of existing client base while developing new revenue streams within accounts.
  • Work closely with an Insight Manager to provide valuable information that drives client engagement.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to maximise their growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customer contacts to strengthen working relationships and create a strong base of client contacts.
  2. Identify additional stakeholders/decision makers to enable up-selling of Circana solutions.
  3. Facilitate accurate and timely provision of solutions to clients, leveraging support functions within the Client Development team and wider organisation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and assured when presenting to all levels.
  • Strong relationship builder, both internal and external.
  • Understanding of consultative selling approach with proven questioning and listening skills.
  • Confident working with data, with a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
