Account Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with existing customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to customers to build long-term relationships.
- 2-3 years' sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving quota and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use client information to provide a consultative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £45,000 to £60,000, regular bonuses and performance incentives, and a contributory pension scheme.
