About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team at DCV Technologies Limited. As a key member of our housing support staff, you will be responsible for managing properties and supporting residents in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Properties: Conduct regular inspections, arrange maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Support Residents: Provide welfare checks, signpost services, and arrange transport or relocation as needed.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of 200-250 residents, ensuring their well-being and timely move-on.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least some experience as a Housing Officer or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driving licence required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per annum, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, health membership, and life cover.
