Area Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Area Sales Executive at the Nicholls and Clarke Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of building materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers in South West and South East London, and parts of Surrey close to London.
Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
You will also utilize IT systems to manage customer accounts and track sales progress, attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, and drive to meet clients in person when required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
A proficient understanding of IT systems, including customer account management and sales data tracking, is essential for this position.
Additionally, you will need to be highly organized and able to manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
