Business Growth Strategist

We are looking for a talented Business Growth Strategist to join our team in the UK & Ireland region. As a key member of the Allianz Partners team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and maximizing revenue across our operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and revenue;
- Collaborating with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Collecting and consolidating data from business stakeholders to produce high-quality reports and insights;
- Leading projects to drive business outcomes and reporting progress to the Executive team;
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of business topics, including sales and growth, financial, operational, and people management. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Please note that this role is based in Croydon and offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week.
