About the Role:

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality administrative support while ensuring GDPR compliance, oversee recruitment processes, and manage local administration, financial, and personnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support and maintain confidentiality
  • Manage employee onboarding, safer recruitment checks, and Disclosure Scotland PVG signatory responsibilities
  • Coordinate company credit card usage and ensure safe management of finances for people supported
  • Line manage and mentor one clerical officer

About You:

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment with strong communication skills, Microsoft Office expertise, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including families and external partners.
